Smartphone will help safely store your cryptocurrencies

For all of us immersed in the cryptocurrency world, the new digital assets and the new financial era, privacy and security have become essential issues, because this new economy has been subject to continuous cyberattacks because of its real value and profitability.

Besides, the current world is under a massive global surveillance, which enables individual privacy attacks, stealing personal data through cyber-intelligence, something that will increase over time.

In other words, for those who use cryptocurrencies online, security is the most important part for storing digital assets. Hackers have been gaining access to people’s wealth, especially of those who aren’t responsible enough to protect their virtual coins.

Cryptocurrency theft is more common with criminals using social engineering methods to gain access to people’s online funds; this is why it’s been necessary to create new methods and devices that increase the security levels, and to this purpose several companies had launched products that enable it.

That’s the case of Sirin Labs, which next November will launch a cutting-edge smartphone equipped with Blockchain technology to protect your digital operations from hackers and thieves. We are talking about Finney smartphones, which allows users to have sort of a cryptocurrency wallet within the phone, as well as tokens, which are digital assets that represent the symbolic value of a cryptocurrency.

The device is based on Blockchain, a technology that works like a huge virtual ledger, in which the cryptocurrency transactions are registered, although in an encrypted and private way, meaning it is “completely inviolable”

It has a system that only provides access once the user submits his fingerprints and signals the unlock pattern previously registered; in addition, it will keep a secure communication, from text messages to emails.

And if you want further security, it has a sliding cover that conceals the screen within seconds, just like old Nokia models. Once it slides, the back side includes a secondary screen, called safe screen, used exclusively for encrypted transactions.

According to the company, the screen runs on a software that allows the user to verify the allocation of the currencies before making a transaction.

And if that were not enough, another feature of this smartphone is the “Token Conversion Service” (TCS), which works as your personal crptocurrency broker and analyzes different options to buy or sell digital assets.

Among its features are:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 mobile platform
  • 6” 18:9 display
  • 128GB storage memory
  • SD memory slot (up to 2TB)
  • 6GB RAM
  • 12MPx main camera
  • 8 MPx selfie camera
  • 3280mAh battery
  • Fingerprint sensor

So brace yourselves for the arrival of this new device, which will be very useful for all of us involved in the crypto-asset world.
